How to renew

The key to renewing your membership is to login first and go to your profile page (when logged in your profile is accessible by clicking your name at the top right.) If this fails, you will need to reset your password.

Once you have reset your password, you will then have to login.

Once you have logged in, you click on your underlined name at the top right (by the Log out button) to access your profile.

Once you are in your profile, there will be a renew button on the page (as long as you are using the correct email address.) If you follow the subsequent pages by finding the continuation buttons, you will eventually get to the payment page.
