On October 4th, the Kelowna Flying Club presented a cheque for $7500.00 to the Kelowna International Airport (YLW) in support of the YLW Scholarship Fund.

Donations for the fund were collected by the Club during it's annual Wings & Wheels event, which took place on Saturday, August 23rd at the Kelowna International Airport.

Established in 2022, the YLW Scholarship Fund aims to assist aviation and aerospace students currently pursuing studies in the Okanagan region.
